THIS HEINOUS AND CONDEMNABLE ATTACK WAS CLEARLY UNPROVOKED On behalf of Management, staff and students of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo, I commiserate with the Institution’s Visitor and Governor of Ondo State; Arakunrin Odunayo Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, His Royal Majesty, the Olowo of Owo and the entire Owo Kingdom on the mindless and unprovoked attack on innocent worshipers at St. Francis Catholic Church in Owo on Sunday 5th June, 2022 which led to multiple loss of life. Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo, grieves with its immediate host Community during this period of unprecedented grieve while trusting the almighty God to console all individuals who lost their loved ones in the wicked attack. While reflecting on this wanton loss of life, the Polytechnic Community is consoled by the proven capacity of our dear Governor to facilitate such actions which will ensure that perpetrators of this dastardly act are apprehended and brought to book in a manner that effectively serves the purpose of deterre
