Prince Bayo Ikubuwaje, CEO of Eddie Hotels and Lounge, Empowers Okitipupa Residents

Prince Bayo Ikubuwaje, popularly known as Baba Oba, has reaffirmed his commitment to empowering the grassroots in Okitipupa Local Government Area. As a staunch supporter of Ondo State Governor, His Excellency, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, Baba Oba aims to ensure the dividends of democracy reach the people.

At a recent empowerment program in Ilutitun Osooro, over 600 individuals, including farmers, students, widows, and party stalwarts, received various items. Beneficiaries were selected from across the local government area.

Baba Oba expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support for Governor Aiyedatiwa and emphasized the importance of empowering the people beyond infrastructure development. He highlighted the distribution of fertilizers, farm equipment, writing materials, and other essential items to over 600 beneficiaries across all Local Council Development Areas in Okitipupa.

Hon. Sesan Temenu, Senior Legislative Aide to the MHR, commended Baba Oba's efforts, recognizing them as a positive step towards community development. Rowo Odole, an APC leader from Ward 2, Ilutitun, urged beneficiaries to utilize the resources effectively.

Mr. Rufai Lawal, representing the Special Assistant to the President on Agriculture and Food Security, Mr. Abiodun Yinusa, expressed surprise at the large turnout and pledged collaboration between the Federal Government and other tiers of government in agriculture and food security. He acknowledged Baba Oba's strong connection to his community, both in Lagos and Ilutitun.
