My Dreams Got Me Here By Seyi Boya
*Dreams Come True*
Dreams come true. It really do. It doesn't matter what the present situation or circumstance is, dreams and desires can almost be equated as same.
Just hold on to your dreams or desires, don't give up on it, don't stop walking the path. It doesn't matter how impossible it seems right now, things would work out. Even when it's like you're hitting the rock just continue, you never know the strike that will do the magic.
As a teenage girl, I had challenges getting admission into a tertiary institution, It was like it would never be. I remember standing at a particular spot at Yaba-Lagos, saw a lady corp member and right there pictured myself being a corp member one day, even though my O'level result wasn't complete and it seems like nothing good can come out of a girl.
All thanks to God, a year later, I got admitted into the University of Lagos and fast forward to now, I am a serving Corp member.
The whole gist sounds regular I think but trust me, it wasn't easy but here am I. I desired it. I walked the path, though lonely but with my head held high.
Life is in process and it's gradual. Just give in to the process, when the desired comes, there would be no choice than to have a heart of gratitude to the creator of all things who said He will never live nor forsake us.
And i tell you, He is ever faithful and always true to His word. All you need is to allow you heart to dream his dream for your life. By so doing, you see yourself and think of yourself in a new light. Remember the bible says, "As a man thinks in his heart, so is he".
"If one's heart really desire something, the whole universe conspires to help him achieve his dream"
