LJLA Personal Development Class with Sean Awonoiki

 There is a constant need for those who want to lead to commit to personal development.


On the 29th of March, the LJLA Class of Pacesetters were trained on Personal Development by Mr Sesan Awonoiki, a Sales and Personal Development Expert who has over thirty years of experience and is the founder of the Sesan Awonoiki Sales Academy. 


Fellows were taught in a highly engaging environment and subjects covered intelligences, fixed and growth mindsets, transferable skills, SMART goals and more. The training was also replete with relatable and much relevant examples from both the facilitator and the Executive Secretary of the LJLA, Ms. Folasade Coker.


As they kickstart their journey into public service leadership, fellows will no doubt find this learning experience useful in creating a structure that keeps them on a continuous level of personal development and growth.
